Thanks for the heads up!! I just ordered - they are a bit pricey but not if they are nice and thick like a truck mat - about $54/set
delivered. I'll report on the quality when received

Yes... I have to drive my car year-round. Winter salt destroys carpet. The OEM Z mats will come back in the Spring.

Almost anything is better than that shabby compressed crap that Nissan provided as floor mats, at what, 59$.

Default Weather Tech Mats

I've had these in my last 4-5 cars for winter use. They are great and make you original mats last much longer. Now that they are color matched, so much the better.

Default mats are nice

I wouldnt mind putting my Z mats up and putting a cheap BUT good looking mat in for my heel to wear a hole in... Or maybe I will order those nice plush mats for my summer day rides and use the originals for my wear aways....

Also.. Anyone hear of a dash cover yet for the Z? I would rather not let the sun bleach the black out of my car... I dont want a cheap mat either. I want a thick very well aligned cover.. I know of a place here in town.. but then again.. I will have to sit with it till its done.. ( like my children.. never left alone..ever ).. and these guys custom fit all their mats...

I think I will stop by and see about getting them working on it.. would anyone else like me to find out the cost?

Cheers!

I put the ones with the carpet insert into my Mazda Tribute.

The quality is superb and I'm sure the SUV was quieter with them in. I also put in the molded carpet trunk liner. If you have a SUV I highly recommend it.

The cost a lot of money but have shown almost no wear one year later.

I have the same problem as electro Z. I always wear a hole with the heel of my left foot. Will these mats hold up? I ordered a really nice rubber set for my Bimmer, but those wore through in 6 months. Now I have black duct tape over the hole. I would definitely order these for my current and future cars if they hold up.

Drake.

I ordered the custom aluminum "Z Logo" mats from Wadd here on the board. I liked how they looked in his Brickyard.

Default LOL.. does he make...

a heel plate only.. out of matte black metal? I know that if I got the alum floor plate I would just be down there polishing it all the time since I am such a PITA about dirt and dust and fingerprints and brake dust..

My car is affectionatly known by me as the Knuckle Duster cause everytime I clean the rims I rip about three knucles open wiping out the brake dust... I love my rims silky smooth and clean... better than when I picked it up after detailing...

Sooooo.... I will keep the mats in mind... but will prob pick up some full tuck thick Z mats for show and tell day.

How bout a cover for the bolster between the seats and the back hatch area.. I am having to wipe that down a lot due to dust... lol.. whine whine whine
