mine does it too
took it to the dealer they sprayed some lube on it but it didnt helpthen they said a plastic bushing could have slipped....they looked and everything was in place so they just sprayed the hell out of it with WD40.... again it didnt help too much (maybe a little) it just made my car smell for a couple days.
so i have no idea how to fix it. mine does it right at the engage point

BUMP FOR HELP~
WD-40 is not really a good lube. In fact, it is not really meant as a lube at all. It is a Water Displacer (formula 40) meant to prevent rust. It is made of lighter fraction of petroleum and it mostly evaporates leaving a thin coating of varnish/tar/ whatever.
It will lube, but not grea.t
If you want to lube something like this, use a grease as JetPilot says. If you need a spray white lithium grease comes in a spray.
If you need a spray lube that is cleaner (ie not grease) try spray silicon.

Here's another clutch oddity:
When you are using your windshield wiper, put your foot to the side of the clutch (touching) while at a stop, etc. Notice that the clutch will vibrate to the rhythm of the windshield wiper's half-revolutions. At least that happens with mine
