Default Burt Orange seats do you still like them?

I am in the market for an 05Z and my question is to the owners of Burnt Orange leather seat Z owners.....

Do you still like them? or are you guys sick of the orange. I was thinking about getting a Black/Burnt Orange or Black/Black one...

Thanks

IMO.....black with burnt orange seats is still by far the best color combination. Very contrasting....and it makes the car look more sporty. Also the Silverstone with burnt orange looks really hotttt.

The best color combination I've ever seen was a Black Vette with canary yellow seats....mmmmm!!!

I also have Silverstone with burnt orange, and still love it. But Black/Burnt Orange is probably the best combo out there.

I love the black/orange combo also...but this weekend after setting in one.....i notice at first it looks really good...but after a few min...when you get use to it...it brings out the "plastic look" of the interior....while in the Black/Black it covers it up since it is all the same color.... what do you guys feel about this? Am I just looking to much into this?....Also Has anyone one heard about the 05 interior? Are the going to upgrade the interior a little?

( I am going to be placing my order this week for an 05z)

But do you guys think it brings out the "plastic" in the interior of the car?

No.

I love my orange seats on my CS as they contrast against the black interior. I think that black seats make the interior look too sombre.
If you get orange, make sure that you use leather cleaner / conditioner as your jeans and other pants will leave a trace of ink on the leather.

If you're worried about that "plastic look".....simply compare it to any (well....most) GM car and that plastic look will soooon disappear!! lol

I think the black on black......compared to black on orange is just too bland......for some people it works.....but it's all a matter of personal taste......It's going to be difficult to be convinced by us. Just go with your gut.

I am getting tired of the burnt orange, the interior of my silverstone/burnt orange touring reminds me of halloween. I am considering switching my seat covers with black cloth or maybe a charcoal color, or just leaving it orange to save money and because i am lazy. It was flashy and cool at first but now seems a little too orange, I still get a lot of comments but those people are seeing it for the first time like I once did and they don't have to live with it like i do. I will admit that they are hoklding up very well after 30k miles.

Well....if you had black seats all this time.....wouldn't you just get sick of seeing those after a while?

No. I had black seats in other cars and it never was an issue. I also had a problem with light grey leather, that bugged me after a while because it started to turn yellow and there were a lot of wrinkles and creasing in it since they were cushy seats in an SUV.

Thumbs up love the burnt orange int...

initially I was set on getting the silver ext/black int...but I once i saw the black ext/burnt orange int I was immediately sold.

absolutely no regrets. The first thing people comment on when they see mine is that they love the black/orange combo.

I'm fairly conservative on things like this, and was a little tentative when it came down to me finally purchasing it...but no regrets love it.

I think over time after treating the leather it will get a little darker also.
