So if I want to have 8lbs of boost, I will need to buy 4 hair driers oh I mean electric superchargers. I think I will go with the toro brand, since I see a lot of landscapers use it. Must be good.

yeah..its misleading...you think you're getting a product for 14.99...all your getting is instruction on how to build it...rip off. Same for those lamo-like doors.
