Well, age limit is limited to your driver's license, so if you are 16 and have your license, i believe it's ok. Helmet, they usually have loaners, last time i went they didn't have any, i had to borrow a friend's, and I don't know how you feel about wearing someone else's helmet.
I'm going to buy mine soon, all you need is a bike helmet (not as in bicycle, but like motorcycle) MA2000 should be enough for these types of event (it would be pretty funny if you show up with a bicycle helmet though... ) They usually go for $70 or so.

OK so it seems a Sunday is the preferred choice for a Monty's cruize? So how about the 21st of November? The Jenden Cruise will probably be in December I found out.
