Question about the rev limiter or fuel cutoff.

Is the Z equipped with a fule cut-off or a rev limiter. I'm leaning towards the fuel cut-off the way it hesitates when you reach the max rpm point.

Anyone know?

The rev limiter is implemented as a fuel cutoff.
