I drove mine Z thru rain, snow, railroad, potholes, etc.... and I got no problem at all except rock chips all over the front bumper.

My Z is my only car, so it has to be my daily driver. And I DRIVE it. I got the car in Feb 03 and have driven it every day since. It does great in the rain if you just pay attention. On my way back from Calgary I hit a HUGE down pour in Montana. The car did great on the winding two lane highway. Even at 70+mph.

I was worried about the winter time with the Z, but it did great. I'd go as far as to say it was better than my 2001 Dodge Dakota 4x4. Everyone says that the Z is the worst car in the snow, but thats just not true. The stock tires that come with the car are the worst tires in the snow, they are even rated as summer only tires. I went with Blizzaks and never looked back. Great tires. Sure you had to take it easy, but you should always drive carefully right.

With 50,000 miles on my car I'm heading in to my second winter with it, and I'm not at all worried. Obviously you can't go thru the really deep stuff, but as long as the plows have it the road you'll be fine.
