Just got the 2001 Press kit. I really enjoy your magazine, and the press kit is pretty damn cool. It was bigger than I thought it would be, and a great addition to my Z collection.

Or in my case, subscribe to the magazine, then after a while call and ask them when the press kit is coming, then many weeks later complain to someone from the magazine on this forum to receive it. So it's not necessarily that easy! (But I finally did get it.)

Turns out it's not what I expected: I thought there was a 350Z press kit that was released when the final stats, etc. were made public, and it included all those nice videos about the Z: interviews with the designers, etc. I thought that was the press kit we were getting. But this one is just the Nissan 2001 general press kit that has a bit about all new models, and only has a bit of info on the 350Z concept.

Oh well, it was just a freebie with the mag subscription, so I can't complain (although it was the hook that convinced me to go for a two-year subscription.)

 

I never had to ***** at them. I actually forgot all about it. Then one day there was a big package in the mailbox.

Glad you folks liked the 2001 Detroit press kit. Sorry for the delay, but we had to get them first from Nissan, then we had to re-package them and get them in the mail--a time-intensive task when you have a small staff.
