Had a bull session with my Dealer's Gen. Mgr. and the Service Mgr. They both stated flat-out that adding a K&N filter would void the warranty, yet Courtesy parts in Texas sells them.

If one Dealer sells them without any warnings, I would assume that they feel it would not void the warranty.

Which Dealer is right?

 

They are full of SH@%, the only thing that they can deny is if the part that fails is attributed to your addition. Don't sweat it I don't think the K&N will cause any faliures in your car.
