Default 2.0% Interest on 04 Z's

That's right, get 'em while they're hot. This is the FIRST incentive NNA has offered on Z's. Good through at least the end of the month.

A couple weeks ago i went to the Serramonte Nissan in Daly City to change oil and saw all these 05s with $5k dealer mark-up... Why?!?... The car is not even new anymore, so why would someone pay that much more?!?

Regarding those loan rates, they're not bad... I have my car on my home equity line of credit, where i'm currently paying 4.75% and it's tax deductible...

NissanUSA hasn't been updated yet, it's still showing last month's rate. It is nationwide, trust me.

I looked at one yesterday and had my credit run. It was interesting because I had no rating. I've paid off many cars, etc. I expected a bad rating due to some late payments.

The wife has perfect credit however so the manager suggested I just get her to co-sign. She's fine with that and is actually encouraging me to get it since it will build up a brand new rating for me. So I'll get 2% and build up a spanking new awesome credit rating.

It's looking like I'll buy one by the end of the month.

They offered a liquid alum touring to me for $200 over invoice but it didn't have the side airbags, which I want. I figure if that's their first offer I can get it for $500 under invoice.

Found 3 to choose from. Think we're going for a Liquid Alum one near us.

Going to drive up there and offer @ $1.5k under invoice and see if they'll bite.

Dealers have been known to wave the extra paint cost. I should be able to get it at $1k under at least.

Just checked and you can get the 2% for 5 years.

1500 under invoice....i'd show you a used one. there are no incentives other than the financing. The deal you were offered is about as good as it gets. If you get within a couple hundred of invoice on a z you should take it. Then you will be paying a dealer fee on top of that.

Was just offered the same one at invoice cost. There are other incentives, like moving cars off the lot, especially ones like the liquid alum ones which have more difficulty selling due to people having a hard time swallowing paying an extra $1100 for shiny paint.

Remember I haven't even made my offer yet. If a salesman is telling me invoice I'm sure I can get him down much further.

Car sales people generally don't make a lot of profit from my deals and I've been told before that they don't care. Not all dealerships are interested in trying to wring every last iota of profit from every car. Remember also that the dealership will write my financing. They do make money off of that.

The last truck I bought was for over $3500 under invoice. It's amazing the deal you can get on something on the lot at 7:30 p.m. the last day of the month and their last day of the quarter (June).

After buying the truck the salesman explained that some deals are great, some not so good. He had just had woman that day come in and pay $2k over MSRP for a Sienna.
