Wow. The car is really low. I know it doesn't look it in the pictues, but trust me. It would be extremely difficult to do.

Personally, I don't care what the darn thing looks like, so long as it provides low reciprocating mass and performs as specified in case of accident!

Sad thing is, that is the only space the MR2 has. That and I think a little one up front...very little. I think it's just bad not to at least have enough space for an overnight bag.

I am VERY pleased with the storage capability of the Z. Enough for doing errands or going on a trip up the coast.

Since it is now shown that if you do not have a subwoofer, you get a silly piece of plastic behind the driver's seat, does this mean that we can order the J-spec plastic storage bin? I am thinking that with such a huge rear brace, I will be needing any extra storage that I can get.

Can someone who looked at the track model comment on that?

Actually, the 240Z had storage space like that, (73, I think). Also had storage wells on the rear deck just behind the seats.
