2004 Touring Liquid AL. 5100 miles. Perfect condition. Extras in my signature. Dealership was quoting me 25k and blue book for it shows 28k trade in. What do you guys think my car is worth without mods and with mods. I know mods dont mean crap to dealerships, but the place i was at was willing to give me extra for it. Weird eh? What should be my bottom line price. Oh i am selling becuase i have a new one in the family and need a bigger car. Please help

Or if KBB trade in is $28k, with those mods I'd try to get between $29 and $30k...so maybe ask $30,500? If I were you I'd sell the Nismos separately because they'll fetch a pretty penny.

whether you gonna sell it or trade it in, part out as many mod as you can, cuz mod doesn't worth anything to them.
If the dealership is "offering more" for your mods, that means they are still lowballing you and they gonna make some good $$ reselling your car. Go talk to a couple more dealers to see what you can get after it return to stock.

 

Well i found a 2004 Chevy LT extended cab Silverado. The sticker price was nearly 32k. They had it lowered to 24,700. We got the price down to 10,500 out the door after trade in. The sales man came back and "said we have to find out more about your car first." We dont know if your car is worth more than 25k or not." I told them if you look up kbb or other sources you will see that its worth nearly 29k still. If he gives me the truck for 10,500 for the truck it might be hard to pass. Let me add that i have a pay off of 12,800 on my car still.
