Legally, nothing can void your warranty unless that part is proven to be at fault-but honestly it depends on the dealer. Most people dont feel like fighting with them over what is ok, just find a mod friendly dealer.

Nismo S tune definitely if you have the dealer install it. Just think about a part before you put it on. If you put on an intake, and you blow your motor you can expect them to blame the intake which is possible if say you drove through a lake and hydrolocked the motor. Now putting an intake on and your tranny goes bad, don't let them try and blame that on the intake. Exhaust would be hard to blame anything on.

Why dont you ask the dealer you intend to have your warranty service done at which mods they will allow? They will be making the decision, not us... I am not trying to be smart, it just depends on the dealer to a degree what is warrantied. Better to ask up front then get burnt after the fact.

As mentioned any 3rd party performance part will not void the rest of the warrenty of the car unless they prove it caused the damage. But the 3rd party part will not be covered by Nissan if it fails itself. The only parts Nissan will cover under warrenty is the Nismo Type S products. They will not cover the Type R products such as the Nismo CAI.

I have the absolute best performance per dollar peice of equipment that will not void your warranty, will stop your car from crashing and will reduce wear and tear on critical components.

Driving school. Seriously.
