Don't want to listen dealer? YOU WILL PAY!!!
Well... cars at the body shop getting a few lil scratches worked out
Told the dealer, "don't mount front plate" well he did and low and behold now only were there holes, there were also scratches ON the bumper from those in laid metal screw holes. These sucker put friggin' molly screws into the bumper
Anyway - After I showed the bumper scratches from the plate frame he told me to go to a body shop to get the scratches out and gave me two plugs to patch the holes. I kinda looked at the plugs and chuckled. The guy at the body shop is fixing the holes for me too and socking it to the dealer...
Follow instructions or YOU WILL PAY!!
>> USEFUL TIDBIT <<
For all that had the plate mounted, yet, didn't want it mounted. Take the front plate off and see if there are sratches on the bumper... if so.. sock it to'em!!!!

Hate to rain on your parade, but what makes you think the dealer is going to pay for the additional work. He authorized scratch repair, not hole patching. When the bill comes in, he will probably only pay the scratch repair portion of the bill.
If you have the agreement in writing, then it probably spells out specifically what will be reimbursed.
If you have a verbal agreement, you could be burning bridges. If you show up with a bunch of extra charges, he may just forget the whole thing and stiff you for the whole bill.
I will never understand the "stick it to the man" mentality. You should have worked out an agreement with the dealer before any work was done instead of trying to change the deal half way through. I may not be enough $$$s for the dealer to care, and he may just pay it, but ethically your methods are questionable.
