Went to pick up my brickyard baby last night and saw this banner at the dealership. Tried to talk them out of it so I could hang it my garage...

Sorry the quality is not better, the lighting in the dealership sucked. I'm going to pick up my other car on Saturday during the day... Hopefully, I can get a better pic then...

That is really a great promo.. for Nissan.. I love it.. Maybe bumper stickers for us all.. BUT would you really put any sticker on your new Z?? I would have to seriously think about it..

While were on a Z ad, take a look at the one I took a picture of during our New York City vacation.

 

Oh man...Nissan has some nuts with this ad campaign...I can feel the heat rising over this one already...it should easily topple the dealer marketing brochure (vs. other cars)...get your flame suits out boys...better find my nomex undies.

I've passed Porsches and most other makes. Doesn't mean we were racing or competing. Just means I was driving faster than they were.

Haven't raced anyone at all really (only 950 miles). I've taken off from a few lights, but only go up to 4000 rpm. Still enough to leave everyone else behind.

 

No stickers on the Z, but I really want one for my SUV that says
"My other car is a Z"

 

Going by the numbers, I dont think a Z would beat a boxster S...
Those things constantly are running 13.8s and such....

Boxsters get stomped - and that's no joke.

 

In this case numbers seem to lie. I have taken 2 boxster S and I am no race driver. In fact I am a novice on manual tranny. Go figure.

 

That ad is great and oh so true. I just got past the 1500 mile limit to under 4,000 rpm's. Now the fun starts! Watch our Porsches!

 

Um... lets not get too carried away. A carrera and E46 M3, would eat a 350z for lunch...


So the only porsche the 350z will be beating is the boxster, right? I can't remember if it beats the S or not, i've heard conflicting views. I still love the Z though.. 50k for a boxster is rediculous considering it's stats.
