My DB touring AT w/ frost and Navigation Sys. (no aero pkg) is for a refundable deposit spot transfer NOW in San Jose.

ETA: Nov 12th (could be sooner) in San Jose from Nissan dealer.

The question here is HOW I do it legally?

I am NOT a dealer and trying to transfer my pre-order spot to someone who can make the best offer on my deposit. The dealer is asking $5K selling price over msrp for my Z if I don't want it when it comes in before or by Nov 12th. And I don't want the dealer to take advantage of the situation.

any ideas to help me out? I've seen that done regularly on Ebay but I am in California. I will call the dealer later.
