Default Nismo S-Tune and VDC

The nismo s-tune states not for vehicles with VDC.
Have they released one that works for VDC or should I get it anyways becuase thier are no problems?

The reason i want nismo is for warrenty and from what I have heard it sould like it will fit my needs fine, slightly stiffer and slight drop...

Works fine w/VDC.........do the suspension & sways together for a nice change in ride & handling: lowers Z about 3/4 - 7/8", stiffens ride a little, and makes the Z take sharp turns like it's on a rail! For an everyday driver, it's exactly what I wanted. For those Zer's that track occasionally & take that tracking a little more seriously, an adjustable setup would be a better investment (Tein, for example). Just my opinion.

BTW, the reason Nissan/Nismo says "not for use with VDC-equipped" is because the parts weren't tested on a VDC Z. If you want, Jason at Performance Nissan will confirm.

Good question. I'd like to know a definative answer as well. Is VDC still covered by warranty with this suspension?

Tien would void how much of my warranty?

Thanks

According to my dealer the S-Tune suspension is covered by Nissan's warranty. The problem was that when it was originally tested on a Z it was tested on a non VDC equipped Z. I have it and it works fine with VDC. However, that being said I would purchase the suspension from an authorized dealer and have them confirm that it will not violate your warranty and that it is covered.

I have full s-tune suspension, and my dealership is fine with it. I got new tires and alignment TSBs no problem. The best thing to do is ask your service manager how his specific dealership handles it. After all its where you need approval to get warrenty work done, so it really doesn't matter what Nissan or any other dealership says.
