I dont understand what all the hype regarding the 08 z's is about...
Ive already ordered my 2009 390z from my local "buy here, pay here" dealership. "They say" it has a 3.9 liter inline 7 cylinder engine. Producing 331HP. the extra cylinder is so that the Z can have an extra horsepower advantage over those DAMN G37 owners. Here's a pic they sent me of what the prototype looks like.

** note the Supra spoiler!, whited out tail lights, next gen altezza/euro tails... And best of all the all new titanium true dual exhaust w/ optional silencers.

 

08 Zs are widely expected to have a 5th wheel. That's all I know, and all I care about.

 

damn, i'm glad i bought my 06 with a stock interfooler...cuz that fifth wheel might get in the way of all that power...

 

You 07 owners are gonna be sad...my inside source says the 08 Zs will have 7 intakes. And when you connect the dots, they make the shape of a "Z"

From the information I was told from Nissan. There will not be an 08 model. but a new re-design model for 2009. They told me that 2008 will be skip because they were planning a 2009 350Z & SKYLINE Launch.

That's extremely unlikely. Where did you get this "Nissan" information?

 

Of course Florida will be getting the first of the 2008s. It’s the closest state to Japan.

 

 

From one of my stupid Nissan dealers. Which by the way, when I asked their parts department if they had RAYS wheels and how much they are, they were like Rays?!? What's that?
