I agree. The more I look at it, the more it looks like a de-evolution of the 350Z...in profile anyway. The 350Z looks more sleek and aggressive.....the droop in the lower side window edge seems awkward, IMHO. I think we need to see this new design from other angles to really judge.

 

The rear taillights look to be boomerangs, as well. Ugly.

...I'm not sold. I actually feel if it looks anything like this believe that it'll be a BIG downgrade. ..other than the stronger engine, which confuses the freak out of me.

 

^^^ That's basically my feeling. Immense confusion. I'm rather confident that the the 350Z will look miles better. But the performance of the 370Z would probably make me pee in my pants.

 

That's what everybody said about the 300ZXTT. Many thought the 350Z looked like poop compared to the Z32.
I agree with you in a way though. Some of the styling cues we are seeing are questionable. However, Nissan has not unvieled the actually production car yet. I'm sure we won't be dissapointed

 

Sad thing is that it will be confused with a damn hyundai ever where you go!!

 

1. the tail lights are ugly design
2. the headlights still need to grow on me
3. its cool that its shorter, im sure the body will look amazing in person

 

heh, except that the genesis is teh ghey. Performance wise I agree it is a bargain, but in the looks department....well, that's another issue entirely!

 

i just can't get over that headlight. EWWW!
