370Z info from robert
Interesting post, Robert. I can see how they sketched the new Z emblem.
Also, is that a 3-way speaker setup up front (Touring/Grand)? I'm curious to how the sub is mounted. It reminds me of the same mounting location from the original Z concept. I think some text got cut off, can you verify the midrange and subwoofer is only for Touring/Grand models?
It looks like the tweeter is in the corner under the windshield, mids next to driver shoulder, and what looks like 6.5"-10" in the lower door. Funky speaker locations... we'll definitely need some baffles and adapters.
Also what's interesting is that trunk cover reminiscent of the Z32... I believe the Xterra uses it as well.

LOL!! you posted screen shots of the parts..hahahahha. wow! I guess this could be part of the original parts catalog thread :P
Well anyways...thanks for sharing. Fog lamp?? Fuel door on the driver side now?? Interesting...this a euro spec sheet?

Thanks for the pics. Hopefully you don't lose your job or get suspended for posting those pics. I'd at least remove the first picture with your face in it (just to be on the safe side).
From the shots:
Looks like standard bulbs in the fr/rr lights... no LEDs.
Looks like a hidden rear strut brace across the trunk, right behind the seats - part 79900p. Won't intrude into the trunk area.
Still don't understand the fog lamp in the lower rear bumper. To cover a 2" receiver hitch?
That's a lot of routing for that power steering belt.
A bottom-pivot accelerator pedal? Not sure I like that.

For the trunk, I don't think that's a rear strut brace since Robert says they're gone for this model. What you are probably looking at is the trunk cover.
It's been stated by numerous sources that the old school ginormous rear strut brace is gone and has been replaced by a thinner tube style brace right behind the front seats.
Also, those who said everything the OP posted could have been added to the other thread = FAIL. Thanks Robert. Your efforts are appreciated.

The rear suspension looks identical to the FM platform from the pics. Could be that many aftermarket suspension parts may carry over. You'd have to look at an 06 or newer ESM to check part numbers to be sure.
For the audio purist with 2ch audio, it is best to keep the sound stage up front. What you see there labeled "C" looks like the midrange speakers, and I do question the location. All of them seem to be off axis, but I'm not a know-it-all. I'm okay with front speakers only for a 2 seat coupe. At least I won't have to take apart the entire rear interior just to get to the rear speakers. Gosh I don't want to go through that ever again.
