I love the new angles...
But it's distinction also makes me appreciate the current 350z.

It's almost like the GTR where every generation looks funky at first but their distinctions make the older generations seem special.

If there was some sort of clear evolution, the older designs get lost and look out-dated.
Case in point...late nineties to early 21st century Mercedes Benz E-Class and CLK.

Ok, well it looks a little better dropped with the black wheels. Will need to hold my opinion until I can see one in person.

Yeah thanks I see that's it's the real thing now - I don't like it in yellow.

When I first looked at it, it looked like a yellow version of that awful orange/red one that was being passed all over the web a couple months ago.

What's up with the teaser shot? - post the fully view!

The 370z will outsell expectations on the car. This should be a surprise. Lighter, more powerful... umm.. tough... should I buy a Porsche for 25k+ more... hmmmm...
Are you retarded? Everyone loved the new 350z when it first came out. The only complaint was the interior. I never heard anyone say bad that the 350zt is ugly. Everyone compared it to a Porsche or asked if it was a Lexus. i bought the 350z when it first came out it and there was huge waiting list. They wouldnt let me test drive one. Come on now.

There would be no way I would buy the new 370z it a massacre of automotive proportions in design alone (my friends would laugh at me). I out grew the current 350z because of the fact I can afford better and faster vehicles but still have a lot of respect for the 350z design and engineering.

I usually buy cars that are simple in design and flow and the 350 was one of them. The car 370z seriously looks like a frankin Z built by a body shop to try to show off their skillz. It tasteless and a catastrophe that looks like a fish and has fangs.

Classic and exotic cars all have simple line and angles that flow. This is the reason why they are very appealing to the eye. The 370z will be a considered neither in the years to come. Nissan is going in a rice boy direction with the 370. There will always be fans of this look but I’m not one of them.

A US design studio first designed the 350Z and a Japanese house destroyed it with the 370 go figure.

I would love to see what Jeremy clarkson is going to say about the new 370 zed.

Most decent looking cars will probably look a lot better with bigger wheels in black and a drop...

Still undecided until I see the real thing

None taken

I was wondering if the front license plate holder is going to be mounted on that part than the painted part like we have with our current models. Maybe we won't have to put up with those "dimples" anymore hehe.

Looks alot better. Although, I dont personally think theres to much wrong with the front...well maybe just the lights. Everything else looks good...as for rear, how bout someone chops rear angle with same wheels and drop. This is where I'm disappointed with the design.

it looks ok with the wheels and drop. The front lights make it look weird. Any side profile shots with those black rims?

The more I look at it the more I like. Looks much more modern than the 350Z. It does have some nice curves to it. Seems more serious. I think Nissan is aiming for more upmarket folks who have an eye for that type of styling.

I dig it. I like the rim design (for OEM it's a good design), but I wish they were larger and filled the fenders better. I also wish they curved in more, but all in all, the 370z looks better than the 350 inside and out.

I'm excited to hear what the performance of this thing is.
