Default KingBaby's Impressions of the 370z

First off I would like to give a shout out to the Z1 Motosports team/group/company/group of guys for having a nice get together to display this Horrific example of a "Z" car.

Yes, that was a run on sentence...

Oh yea, bumped into a very friendly Z guy out at the gas station cause I didn't know the way. I spotted his Twin Turbo FairLady, and knew he had to be going to the show...followed him for a while until we both end'd up following a R34 the rest of the way to the show...

OK

On to the important stuff...

Interior
Beautiful...yet cramped for my 6'4 215lbs build. That's with the seat all the way back, and the seat tilt'd flat to aviod knocking your knees. I liked it so much, when I got back in my car I was ****'d Nissan did that to us...

Exterior
If you didn't know how I felt about this, I'll gladly reiterate it. This car stinks.... However I am feeling the lights now. It is a step forward.

Under the Hood
Packed with that punch, wé all know whats going on under there...I think they moved the dipstick if I'm not mistaken.

Overall
KingBaby is happy with the car in the way that it's related. It's a "Z" car none the less. I feel that Nissan knew that it wanted something new in the 370z. With the "can't please everyone attitude" the 370z was born. Now we just need the Aftermarket to bring us a V2/V3 bodykit......or slap a 07/08 nismo bodykit on it, and call it what should of happen...

thats what im worried about. how cramped was it?

im the same height as you but im 227lbs. the 350z has alot more interior driving room than the 300zx. so how much does the 370z improve on that?

did you see anyway of removing the trim behind the seats for more room?

You should be fine, I am 6'3" 220 and I fit in the car comfortably. Feels much better than the 350 to me, as far as space goes (not that there is more, but rather a better use of it).

Just like the airforce has a maximum height for pilots, you should have a maximum height to drive a sports car :P

5'10" and the 350 fits me just fine

Does it look and feel like it went on a diet? Does it still look and feel porky? So the interior volume shrunk? No test drive? :-)

OP, I found your thread to be about as informative as a fat chick giving advice for dieting... kingbaby's impression of the 370z = FAIL.

Dudes: a car is like a chick, either you like her or you don't. IF you DO, her imperfections
are easily overlooked! In my case, I'm just 5'11", so I fit beautifully in my Touring Coupe.
If you feel uncomfortable in the 37O, maybe it's time to look for another Sports car. Good
luck!

I dont think the interior is more cramped than the current car, BUT it does feel smaller because of the dark headliner.

Well I can tell you this the steering wheel is closer. Grasping the steering wheel in a 370z your arms will have more of a 90 degree angle to it. It may just be the way it's design, cause the cubby hole area is closer to the driver.

Yea my thread may suck, but it's just another review...

For the big guys out there the interior is small. With the 350's we all got our way of slipping into it. With the 370z it's not the easy at all.
