Default 370Z Coupe Marketing Platform Leaked

Found this over on the new Z site and didn't see it here. Thought others might find it interesting.

Page 7 confirms there will be a separate Nismo Z...not the S-tune

How does it feel to be stereotyped?

My favorite part:
USP #3 –Value
Provides best balance of performance, design and high value –“Z world”, something Honda and Mazda cannot touch. Product will provide thesame visceral driving experience as the Cayman S for less than ½the price

Replace missing part of address with t h e 3 7 0 z and no spaces

Thanks. The Vette and Z4 costs more but offer similar performance. The bases model Vette isn't exactly head and shoulders better performance wise. Just like they explain the USP for performance on the next page targeting the Cayman S. 370 offers just as much if not more performance as the Porsche for half the price.

Default Performance vs. Vette

Not sure why folks are still trying to compare the Z performance with the Vette. The Vette "is" head and shoulders ahead of the Z in overall speed and power. The Vette will handle it on most road courses with any straights. The Z is a great value but not world class in speed or power. Many on this board were unhappy with the lack of power of the 370. This is a great car for the price. I think it will stack up well against cars costing much more but it is what it is. It is not a GTR or Vette in power but a mid 30's sports car that will give a great bang for the buck. I say be happy with what it is and not try to compare it with cars with more power that cost more. Again, it is a great car for the money.

I like how on the 5th page it mentions a speaking point that its name has been updated to 370z.

Yep, I'm gonna buy it just because it has a 7 instead of a 5.

Well, 5 should be afraid because 7 ate 9.

Hey guys, I am really sorry. We received a legal letter from Nissan, demanding we remove the link to the stolen document.

As such I have had to remove it.

You have to be kidding me right? Is it because IB doesn't own the other site yet? Just curious how Nissan would already know it's up over here in 3 hours? Oh well.

It is still up on the other site and has been up since 12.19.08 if anyone wants to see it until Nissan tells them to take it down.

Sadly not.

They found it from my350z (they regularly browse here)
I imagine the owners of the other site will get a similar notice too... They might not have their phone numbers though.

Too late, I posted it on Jeff's "Kitchen Cooking" site.

(j/k, trying to get some traffic over there).

Wow. This means that someone from Nissan actually does visit this forum..

So Nissan actually does take into consideration what the Z community has to say..

If Nissan is reading this, "Hey NISSAN why the f*ck does my local Nissan dealership have the most retarded technicians that could not fix my slave cylinder. Why don't you guys try to figure out a way so that each dealership doesn't rip the f*cking customer off.."
