Default 1st Nuances worth noting I found on the 370z

1st time I filled her up. The gas cap hangs and touches the car when you hang on the fuel cover.

When Filling up, you have to hold the fuel pump the entire time you fill car. IF you let it rest it will rub against your car!! NEVER had a car do this before.

The interior in the rear hatch scratches VERY easily. I have been super careful but my briefcase put the first scratch in the plastic.

What nuances have you guys found?

Does the gas lid not have a little lip to hang it on like the 350?

Well if it's not long enough, then just cut it and put in on the pump while your pumping.

Dont have either of these issues when filling up the 370z

Okay after filling up today, yes the cap can touch the side paint, it gently rest on it when i set it down. But since i never swing it around like a monkey its never going to scratch the paint.

As for the gas nozzel it self, sorry i coudlnt see that one. Will look harder next time.

Question More nuances

OK, enough with replying to the pictures with quotes to repost 'em... Geez. They're really only funny once.

I've been checking this gas cap/nozzle "issue" and I can't really see it. The little plastic "cord" that holds my gas cap has a built-in hanger loop that keeps it off the paint. Maybe that was a later engineering change? And if I hold the gas nozzle, it doesn't touch the paint unless I lock it on and let it dangle. (Gas nozzles don't lock in NY per regulation, but I sometimes fill up in Pa.)

While we're talking nuances, though, how come ACC activates almost nothing? I can't get the windows to move or the radio to work unless I go to ON -- and then the whole ignition system is hot. Seems like the "accessories" ought to work with ACC -- otherwise what good is it?
