Aside from all the issues the car has already, I wouldn't buy any car with a popped balloon. That's a real deal breaker in my book.

I wouldn't pay even 33k for it, much less 49k. That price is comical. I could probably compile a list of at least 20-30 cars I would definitely buy for 50k before a Nismo S-tune kitted 370z with wheels that look like they were made for an Altima.
