a bone stock 370z gone up to 160 mph in 5th gear which is impressive @7500rpm. i did trap 155mph in 6th gear when my car was stock and it almost toke for ever. so with TT on stock block am sure it can do 180+mph

That video hit 150mph and looked like it cut off. I highly doubt a 370z did 150mph in 5th gear because that would mean it would be capable of a more in 6th and if the factory specs say it tops out around 160mph, I can't see it hitting 160 in 5th.
look at it between 37 38 sec where the camera slightly move and u can see it was on 5th gear ( u can see it digitized 5th ,where in the 350z the light for shifter) . i know i was shocked to be honest when i saw it hit 160 almost at 5th gear

most 6 speeds top out in 5th...6th is more of a highway gear. Its the same with corvettes, you'll top out in 5th and 6th is just there to keep the rpms lower when cruising

Yeah I realized that yesterday. 6th is really like an overdrive and isn't really geared to go that much faster, so it does make sense he was able to hit 150+ in 5th.
