Ok end rant Im getting senseless now....
Senseless is a R32 for 41k 95% of them are beat down most were raced hard in Japan. We can get them legally in Canada for $15k (every boy racer around has one) and I wouldn't even pay that for one.

dont get me wrong i have cash to pay for it for a while i have been jobless for about 4months no one is hiring where i live. i can still pay for the car for quite a while, but why spend 1300 a month when i dont have too. It's still just a car and i still have a spare car to drive.

i can always get another one in the future no problem, infact thats what me and the little women have planned, she wants to get a white one next time lol.

Im just saying the smart thing for me to do right now is to sale it. Soon as i get back to a job that was paying what i use too, ill snag another no big deal.

For now i can get a simple hourly job thats NOT hard to get and settle for a G or Z for the time being.

Thx for the sorry's guys. not my fault that the oil industry in Texas would shawt on me......

what does a completion eng, do?

edit: got it:

After an oil well has been drilled and the casing run cemented, equipment is installed to allow it to be operated safely, economically and in a controlled manner. The anticipated life of an oil well may be ten to twenty years and consideration has to be given to its characteristics during this period and the type of equipment required. This process is known as well completion.

The completion engineer must have a good understanding of the various types of well and the operations that may have to be performed. Some require methods of artificial lift, be it through gas or pumping, to lift the fluid from the reservoir to the surface. Some treatment or stimulation may also be required later in the life of the well.

Typical activities for a completion engineer working within the oil service sector will include:

discussing requirements for well completions with the customer, the owner, or operator of the well;
participating in the design of the well completion;
providing technical specifications and operating instructions for the equipment required.
They will also be involved in the development and introduction of new technology.

close but i was a Wire line completion engineer, i would run tools down the hole to measure things and run guns down the hole to make holes for production, set plugs in the well, put cement down the well as well.

I say get the Z. While going from the GTR to either of the two is a big downgrade, I think you'll probably be happier is you stick with a sports car (the Z) rather than make that luxery crossover (the G). That's just me though.

Buddy just get something cheap. You dont know how long this recession is going to last. Get a sporty car with good gas milage. Maybe get a used 325 or something. You'll be happier in the long run if something else goes wrong unexpectedly.

You were a wire liner & owned a GT-R?

I was a well tester making 7k a month to start & I could go back & make 10k a month this winter with a drilling rig but I can't stand living out of hotels...... Plus, I never would have even thought of financing a GT-R, things like this recession happen.

Sorry to hear about your luck OP... I suggest a 300zx as well.

Purchasing a car over 60 grand on credit is a no bueno, in my book. Hence, why you are getting rid of it now. You should probably go over the pond and work somewhere in the Arabian Peninsula.
