What happens when you give a 20 year old a GT-R
what does being a civilian and going overseas have to do with your experience? i have quite a few friends that volunteer for civilian overseas work and it's no big deal. You'll get more life experience being military than civilian. All they do overseas is the same thing they did here in the states. When you go over military it's a totally different ballgame than what you do here in the US.

Good thing i'm a sergeant because holding someone's hand is pretty gay. You airforce guys make me wonder at times....hand holding...geez
ahhahaha, good burn
i was hoping you wouldn't take that the wrong way after i posted it. Some military guys get so uptight about their services. From outsiders i'll beat an ***, but from other service members it's all clean fun.

Poor GT-R
Here is the problem, when you GIVE someone something they don't care for it and dog the crap out of it. This is generally where the 20 and under crowd fall into.

Maybe the AF holds hands, but once you hit a certain level or rank, nobody holds your hand anymore.
Are you suggesting that civilians somehow do a better job overseas? Please. They get paid way too much money for menial tasks and they don't even do those right half the time. I hope you don't think civilian contractors exist out of necessity. We use them because people higher up think that its a good idea to "free up" troops to do "combat operations", which is nonsense because we have too many guys sitting around doing nothing as of late.
I truly hope you don't think that contractors are on some elite level because I have met TONS of them who are mediocre at their job and somehow they never get fired. No "hand holding" perhaps, but nobody seems to care what they are doing either.

Wow, that doesnt look like very much damage for a 110 mph crash, especially if it was a rollover (which it looks like). A few months ago, i was in the passenger seat when my friend rolled his chevy cobalt at 95 mph. We rolled 7 times, and that car was seriously F'ed up. I would think that the GT-r would be even more so
I guess the gt-r is a pretty solidly built car

I would try to say not all young people- like me- aren't total jackasses behind the wheel of a sports car, but with morons like that driving around and the jackasses I have seen driving like retards the negative stigma is almost deserved...
I'm just glad I am not stupid enough to do that or wrap my Z around a tree or something.

Could not have put it better myselfHa guy I hate to be the bearer of bad news... If the military wouldn't need some of us "mediocre" civilians... Then why hire us to do the job? They can def pay military member to do the same job right? I'm "elite" b/c of the customer I support... People get injured(killed) if I don't do my job simply said.. Unfortunately most people in the military never make a difference. It's amazing how u can "know" guys like me b/c there's less than 200 of us WORLD WIDE. I've been on both sides of the fence homie, so unless u've done them both... U think u know.. But u have noooooooo idea.
Because the previous administration was making BANK. Halliburton for example making 11 billion in 04, Blackwater making 15 billion for 1 contract in Iraq and 73 million for conducting operations for the gov. during Katrina just to name a few. So what may I ask do you do in the civilian contracting sector? Must be hot shiet if there is only 200 of you world wide. And for those of us that have noooooo idea... yeah I know people like you, and im sure a lot of the other vets on this forum can say that you were the guy that always has to out do everyone's stories "oh yeah well I did this", probably just a fobbit living the good life while being deployed...
I dont know why but your reply just got to me.. rant over.

This guy was at an xceedspeed.com car meet/BBQ last Saturday. I saw him and his car there. As an aside, I wouldn't pay additional money for the silver. Anyway, I think this guy just came into the country about 6 months ago from China to attend MSU. He apparently wrecked the car on his way out of the Metropark where the meet/BBQ was held.
It ws drizzeling rain at that time. Even I was slipping around a little bit. (Driving cautiously) Knucklehead kid, maybe. Crap happens.
I heard about this!
Shawn, Brian, man am I glad we left when we did. Happy I wasn't around when this happend. To his defense it was drizzling and wet.... Still you should drive SLOWER then,...
Poor car never had a chance.
Glad they are ok though...thast was a heck of a hit
Dibs on the brakes!
