Generally you want to avoid driving under a big truck.

Unless your roof height is low enough, and you have very good timing!

Many years ago I drove under a semi with my Fiero.... Mind you, the semi was parked, and I drove damn slow, with a spotter outside the car. I just wanted to see if it would fit

(its 2 lanes, 1 going north & 1 going south, with a road that heads east and west crossing it). I really doubt he would run it though, especially in that area. No way.
I can see this happening in the day time, but at night...unlikely i think. If a semi was anywhere near close enough to hit him, even if he did not look in one direction, the semi's lights would definitely be caught in your peripheral vision.

fellas... be considerate please...

"I am the mother of the driver of the car. He is in his early thirties and far from an idiot or imbecile. He had a low blood sugar and blacked out causing him to miss the stop sign. He had to be given glucose at the scene to save his life. The passenger is thriteen years old and both of them are going through a very difficult time. Our family is in need of prayers not senseless ridicule by people who have no idea what they are talking about. Thank goodness nobody died."

Feel really sorry for those young guys. hope they are alright. But what made them run the stop sign? are they drunk? The video does not tell much about the damages. As the picture says damages are nasty. This is a lesson for everyone. Never run a stop sign!
