looks like they could be HRE 646R

rear bumper is charge speed
rear spoiler looks like blitz - probably the evo-r blitz style

Why that person is using my car to sell his parts, I don't know... but the wheels are 2 piece iForged Flux in 18x9(f) and 18x10(r)

Nice example you have there. Any sunglasses supplied with the rims, that chrome is just about blinding.

Not in a bad way though.
