He bought the complete nismo v2 bumper yes, and had the bottom lip part of the bumper wrapped in carbon fiber.

Wow, there are some hot PPW's here! Those gold wheels look so good. I used to hate gold or bronze wheels, but obviously I've changed my opinion.
