American spec 04' 350ZR - Warranty work in Europe?
I just moved here two months ago and am curious if anyone knows the Nissan policy of doing warranty work on vehicles purchased in another country. I have done some searching on the internet and the 2 pages I found were complaints that nissan.de can refuse to warranty an american spec nissan. Does anyone know if my warranty is still good over in Germany?
It's supposed to be. I knew i was coming over here before I bought mine, and fought with NNA about it to tell me what was the deal. They told me that it would work like a claim procedure. You go to a Nissan dealership, have the work done, pay for it yourself, and then submit a claim to NNA. Then NNA sends a chack (I'm sure you would lose on the dollar Euro conversion too). Thankfully, I have not had to test this yet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I can dig out the e-mail chain when I first asked about this (about a year and a half ago)

No problem - I'll have to dig them out of my other computer - I hope I still have them actually. Oh, and I'm Army, been here a year and a half. Just getting my Z outta the garage, now that the weather is getting nice.
