Default 3 Weeks ---bye bye Ultra Yellow Roadster @%^@%

Well my yellow beauty is no more.....My wife and I were on the way home from picking up a pizza when a driver decided to turn left in front of me as if I wasnt there.... I was doing around 35mph before I briefly mashed on the brakes.. The front is smashed in, the air bags deployed, lots of smoke, and the passenger door would barely open....

Thank god for the air bags....I have bruises on my left arm and on my face but was left ok. My wife however took the air bag to the chest and was taken to the ER with breathing complications....She is really bruised from the seat belt/air bag. Her chest and shoulder are already black and blue and her sternum is looking very angry....but her lungs appear to be ok.

Well, I am grateful that we are ok but now hoping that the dealer can find me another....

The important thing is that you guys are ok, the car is replacable.

The Z is a very safe car as you have experienced first hand, and GL in your search for another.

Glad you're ok.

OMG thankfully you are both ok. The same thing happened to one of my employees today. Sorry for your loss but your little yellow friend made a noble sacrifice. Best wishes for a speedy recovery and good luck in finding a replacement. The legacy of your roadster lives on through you and your wife.

Glad to hear that you and your wife are ok, but I think it's time to call an attorney.

Glad you and the wife are OK. That sucks!! What a jerk, what did he say when he got out of his car? Was he ok?

BTW It must have sucked when the wife was taken to the ER in the Ambulance. Did you have to stay behind with the accident?

I too think its attorney time.

I'm thankful that your both doing ok.

Same thing happened to me a few years ago. A guy in a big custom van failed to yield and turned left into our side.

When he hit us, the impact knocked us into the curbing which undercut our suv ripping the whole suspension off the passengerside. Witnesses at a nearby restaurant said we rolled 4 times, flattening a fire hydrant along the way. We ended up upside down hanging by the seat belts. We crawled out with just a few scrapes and bruises.

The guy told police that he just didn't see us.

Damn man that sucks sorry to hear that.. but dont worry about the Z. Obviously was his fault, his insurance will pay for EVERYTHING. Just sit back and relax. Even wait for the 06 Z if you want. But idk if you like that TermiantorZ look.
