I really messed up. Accidentally pulled the pins out of the big connector while taking the radio out of my 04 raodster. It is a Bose unit too.

Can anyone help, I have no idea the order they go into the connector block?!?!?

 

My suggestion (if nobody else answers is):

1) Repost your question in the audio forum
2) Search the forum for the shop manual. There are links for it somewhere. In it you will find the wiring diagram. Don't worry it can be fixed!

Well, I think I have it figured out. However, I think I got this too late, I probably had the pins reversed initially and when I put it all back together now all I get is a clicking sound from the CD palyer.

I think this is a bad thing, anyone have any thought on wheter I fried other elements of the system???? Like the bass amp or antenna amp?

Last question, ayn suggestions on a replacement system? That BOSE thing sounded like S*** anyway.

Sorry, don't know the mapping. But is it still possible to put everything back like original and have it fixed by warranty? I have the stock Bose in my 04.5. It's not great sound, but I think it's not bad for stock car sound system.
