Speakers
Has any one replaced their rear speakers in a roadster? How much of a difference does it make because i know the stock ones sound like ****. I so does any one have pics and directions on how to do so?

BIG difference. I can tell you the Bose speakers are flat as hell and just suck with the top down. I have been through 3 iterations of upgrading the stereo/speakers because I could not get the sound right.
You might want to take a look in the Audio section. I am sure someone has posted pics. I had mine done by 2 different companies, otherwise I would post some pics here for you. I honestly do not know how you would do it yourself, but I am pretty sure it is easy. I am just too busy and prefer to have experts do it that are already familiar with my car.

PM Me and I'll e-mail you larger pics and instructions. It's a SERIOUS pain in the *** to do the rear speakers on the Roadster. Depending on how careful/lucky you are, you may have to replace the roll hoop covers.
