So how many have gone from the Coupe to Roadster and were there any regrets?? I loved my coupe but there is something about the Roadster that just me...mmmm...i dunno..drool maybe..

 

I have gone coupe 03, pikes pike white/frost leather to 04 silverstone with burnt orange leather!! Love the roadster!

Never had the coupe but this is my second Roadster and there's nothing like it in the world!!!

 

I have gone from an 03 coupe to a 05 roadster... Love the roadster but i would definitely think about from a financial point of view...

I wouldn't classify it as a newb moment. The title says "Coupe 1st?" ... it's kinda hard to even have a clue what that title really means. Where as the title of this thread is pretty self-explanatory

 

 

+2 Love the Roadster but also miss the look of the Coupe.

 

When I was getting the car inspected today, there was a nice SS 06 roadster sitting in the showroom. Looked mighty sexy w/ the black leather, but too much $$

 

I had an '04 Base (6spd) then change to '05 Touring roadster (AT).

Great car if you like the sun and open air.

I really wish they made a targa top option from factory . I love the roadster but the car seems to loose it's lines when the top is up.

I really loved my 03 Brickyard coupe, had a brain fart and got an o6 Stang GT, then really went off the deep end and got an 07 Camry Hybrid. But i Got hit by a bus and returned to my senses and now I'm back in the Z fold w/ an 06 IF Roadster Z 6sp. At first I did not like the Roadster, the lines were not right. But after getting used to seeing them I have really changed my tune, I really like the lines both top or down. Main thing is its great to be back in the Z family, Coupe or Roadster.

 

You guys are going coupe to roadster, while Im comtemplating on going from roadster to coupe. I love the executive style of it, but I would really like the peace of mind about the top and 200lbs less weight.

 

Went from 04 Base Coupe (6-Speed) to 06 Touring Roadster (Auto/Stick).

I occasionally miss the looks of the coupe but that's easily forgotten during hot days with the top down. My only actual regret was not getting the 6 speed in the roadster. Bugging me so much that I'm selling it. I'd get another roadster in the future...6 speed this time.

I think the stock roadster looks good with its top up, but adding a Stillen spoiler and tinting the windows black help make the Roadster more aggressive looking with its top up.... IMO anyways...
