I purchased some veilside 3 side skirts from racerwheel.com. They were were pretty cheap $227 including delivery. I was wondering if anyone has purchased anything from these guys. Also My side skirts are fiber glass. Is that good or bad or is there a better material of side skirts I should of got?? Anyways I pick them up at the body shop 2morrow! Hopefully they will look good!

 

The fitment wasn't too bad! The only thing was the front right corner on the passenger side was a little short and sticks in a little bit. Any suggestions? Anyways, I did my best and they look really good in person. NOt bad for only $227! Here are some pics!

Oh crap! Your car is low to the ground! I think the sides look a little weird right now because you don't have the front and rear to match. The Z looks "pregnant", because the sides are much lower and bulged out. They are by far the loudest part of your car at the moment. I think the v3 goods look if you have the ***** to go with it. It's always been a bit to much for me personally.

Good luck w/ it. You are gonna scraaaaaaaaaaaaaape.

 

IMO, if you're going to keep such aggressive skirts, you are going to need to have an aggressive front to match. What are your plans for the FUTURE? Then we will decide if this is a good choice.

Definitely complement the sides with a front and rear lip.

 

Yea thanks! The paint matches pretty good in person. Yea i was thinking about goin with the stillen rear and the Suzuka Urethane Front Lip Spoiler, 06-07 350Z! What do you guys think? Here are some pics of the front lip! Also, its not really that low, but i still have to be careful.

 

yeah the paint doesnt really match and fiberglass IMO is prob bad. cracks very easily but easier to repair. should have went urethane if they even make the v3 in urethane

But the paint is definitely off, but this is common with all light colored Nissan's.. It's a @itch to match.... Even tho black is hard to keep clean, its an easy color to match your body kit to

+1 on getting a more aggressive front and rear bumper....

As far as fiberglass goes, its not to bad on sides and rear of the car, but you have to be careful driving over speed bumps or driveway approaches if your front bumper is made of it...

 

really nice interior u got there... u need to match it up with an exterior that is also up to par =).

 

ss350z07 I think that lip is good. Not too aggressive, but not too light either. I like it. Definitely show us some updates if you decide you want to go that route. Good luck on the install.

 

how is the door jam? My experience with aftermarket sideskirts is that the door jam don't make the car look factory. There is always a gap in the door. Can you take a picture of the door open?

The sideskirts don't look bad at all in person! The paint job matchs pretty good. Those pics make the paint look really bad. I will post some pic next week of the rear and front lip i just purchased.

 

Ok so i have finally finished putting on the kit! I have the suzurka front lip from 350zsource.com and have the stillen rear valance and the veilside 3 sideskirts! What do you guys think?????
