Hey guys and gals. I am a brother. I own a G35 coupe 6 speed in Diamond Graphite. I want my car to have a sister so, I have decided to get a 2004 350Z 6 speed touring roadster, probably in december to sit along side the coupe.

I have a 99 C5 corvette that I am probably going to sell, since the new C6 corvettes are coming out next summer. I would get one of those but you all know there will be bugs for GM to work out in the first year.

As long as Nissan got the convertible top design right and the car has no cowl shake and it is as fast as a G35 coupe...I am sold. I know the engine and suspension have been worked out.

Now if only Infiniti would make a G35 convertible....

I am think a 350Z roadster in Liquid Silver or one of the reds.

 

Congrats bud! But just remember, the Vette does have more power than the Z.. so power will be less.. the Roadster power is basically the G35 Coupe.. so if your happy with that performance, you'll love the roadster. And I notice you said "reds".. there is only 1 red, which is Redline, but you have 3 silverc hoices, liquid, chrome, and silverstone.

 

Yeah brickyard is not going to be made any more. Damn! And yes, the C5 is very fast. But you guys need to know the G35 coupe is just as fast as the 350Z, well at least mine is. I broke it in right. Sure the vette is much faster and will spin its tires in the first 4 gears on the max takeoff. As long as the 350Z roadster weights less than 3400 pounds, I will be happy. You really do not feel the 3400 pound weight in the G35C. It is perfectly balanced. The car feels much lighter to me than the published weight.

I will probably get a liquid silver 350Z touring roadster with the tan seats to mix it up.

No problems in my G35C. I have just over 7K miles. No rattles, tranny issues, ect. It is solid like a rock. Lets hope my 350Z roadster is too!
