I will be purchasing a Zr as soon as I get a paycheck *been working 6 weeks and due to a 'glitch' I havent been paid*. I talked to a pretty nice salesman (yes..he was nice! Older guy..no hassling me..looked like Robert Duvall, we talked for an hour about everything except cars) back in Feb when I was just curious..then came back when I started working to get a little more serious about it.

We talked 6 weeks ago, I told him I was not going to buy in the next month due to no check or bonus yet, but he asks what it was looking for. So I told him, Zr, enthusiast, 6M silver alloy, Nismo suspension. He says they never get 6M in unless they know someone wants it, so we may have to order it and that could take 2 months from date of order. No biggie. Not to mention all the Zrs on the lot were always touring or GT. So I tell him ill be back when I want to buy, but I will be back.

I check yesterday the online inventory at the lot, and what do I see..a silver alloy 6M Zr Enthusiast. Im assuming he thinks I have money now (ha!). He hasnt called me yet because it was the weekend...but Im expecting that call tomorrow.

Im gonna go drive it tomorrow and let him know the deal. Had I been receiving my paychecks Id be ready to negotiate, but that wont happen until this friday probably. I am going to be firm about my price, I want 40k (37k before taxes and all that crap) OTD with the suspension installed.

I hope no one else picks it up..but oh well, I dont think Nissan will run out of cars.
