Has anyone tried to mount a 2M ham or short CB antenna on the roadster? The whole **** end is fiberglas and a magmount won't work. It will stick to the front fender at about a 30 degree tilt but is apt to blow off at speed and ding the door (yup). I'm thinking something like a modified gutter clip used on the trunk and grounded at a body bolt. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance... I have a 2K mile trip coming up and need to listen to the truckers road info and I can also use it with my 2M/440 rig.
