Some stores have it. But as far as I know, it's easiest to buy it online.

A good local auto parts shop should have 303. I use the cleaner every time I wash the car (weekly) and apply the protectant. Just spray it onto a microfiber pad and wipe it on. when you put the top down, the rear window will come in contact with the top and may pick up some residue. It definitely gives the top a slightly darker sheen.
