CongratZ Lindsay!!

Guys, not only does FoxyRed have a great husband, he also has a great wife. Their deal is she got the ZR and he gets to build an off road 4x4 truck.

The term "soulmates" usually makes me gag but I think it's appropriate here.

When you asked about the misc car parts on the shelf, i figured it was a jeep of some sort. I have a garage next to 3 other garages with jeep guys. They are always swapping parts from other makes/models into their jeeps..........then they go drive to a hill climb or whatever, break parts and do it all over again.

90% of their jeep is not OEM from jeep.........lots of chevy and custom stuff.

Close but no cookie, I'll give a hint...my foreign minded self has convinced him that a Japanese car is the way to go...

Close, very close, but we are not going to spend that kinda of money for something he's going to beat the **** out of. Early 90's, lexus engine swap, straight axle, 39" tires, with the money dumped into the drivetrain.

Right make, wrong model...he will highly modify the suspension. He is putting a Lexus LS400 or SC400 4.0 1UZFE. Again 90's engine. The 4.7 he'd like but it has variable timing which makes swaps harder, so he's going to a simpler engine, and he can find one for cheap.

You can.... it just doesn't mean that she will like them. And if your girl's not into cars, certainly do NOT give her parts.
