I'm looking for opinions on this box for my Rockford Fosgate 10" P3.

Anyone got this?

 

I guess if you don't need trunk space it could sound decent. I would like to know too. I am having a glove box sub with a 10 put behind the seat. I just think for the roadster it needs to be in the cabin of the vehicle.

However in my old S2000. The trunk has a nice drop in the drunk. I put a good sized box with a JL 10 in it. It actually sounded really good! I guess it would be worth a try.

 

Well i got a pprted box in the trunk now and it sounds amazing. But its just a big square and i would like something a little more custom. That box in the link fits in the cavity under the roadster cover so youd still havr some trunk space left.

 

I have mine behind the seats.
I wonder how much is lost due to the distance and material between the trunk and where you actually sit. Must be significant because bass is air pressure, how does it transfer to the driver? I guess if you power it enough you can over come that.

 

True. But remember that space between the cabin is hollow, so at least mine gets thru pretty good.
