U have the set up I am trying to decide on....How is the Vortech? and do you have the 5AT tranny?? I also have the V1 kit and some other MODS but I am real curious about the Vortech..

Can U give me any report on how it acts with the roadster??

The roadster has a counter-balance weight in the engine compartment that has to be removed in order to install the intercooler. I spoke with a Nissan technician and he says that it is there for noise reduction and is not necessary. Besides, the intercooler/SuperCharger weight more than makes up for it. As for performance on the Vortec I just installed it recently and haven't had the chance to track it or dyno it yet, but the sound is insane! I will keep you updated and let you know when I do finally let it loose.

How do you like the Volk wheels? I just ordered the SF Winnings 19x9.5F, 19x10.5R.

 

Definitely keep me updated that would be great!! As for the Volks....I love them. Their gunmetal finish matches the silverstone almost perfectly!!

Can you post a side shot of your car// I have the Version 1 rear skirt but never put it on cuz I did not know if I would like it. I want to see yours.

 

I don't have any side view pics right now but its supposed to rain for the next 4 days but as soon as it stops I'll post em. The reason I went with the supercharger is mostly because of maintanance, the vortech runs between 7.5 and 8psi of boost tops, and from what I was told is pretty safe for the motor, and the 6spd manual will roast em up through 3rd. The polished kit should run you between $5000 to $5400 and install is 2hrs more than the hard top, about $1000.

VERY well done. I'm with you on the SF Winnings. The Axiss are just too high-offset IMO. Definitely keep us updted with Dynos. Is that a Vielside lip?

i'm trying to get the size smaller on these photos, i'll have my coupe back from the body shop next week painted FERRARI YELLOW with stillen body kit. i'll send photos.

 

Aldave i was wondering how much you paid to carbon fiber the doors, how it was done because i would like to do that to my ss/bo roadster. That looks amazing.

From international auto salon. The car has a vortech tech. It is the Valvoline show car. The wheels are Roja by Rays.

He has the full VeilSide version 3 body kit, and a highly modified Ver 2 wing...The car was in the Roja booth at the International Auto Salon. There are probably more pics on the internet somewhere. The color on that car is amazing in person. It's a custom blend using House of Kolor paint.
