HELP!! Mt Top Won't Close!!
I just got it diagnosed from the stealership, it turns out it is the straps. I paid 120 diagnosis and they want another 300.00 to get it done. I was negotiating a bit seeing that it is 1.7 hours according according http://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/fi..._top_issue.pdf .
A local convertible shop quoted 90.00 bucks per hour so hopefully I can get this done under 300.00 bucks and I would be happy.

2005 roadster top was stuck open with the top down but lid straight up. One post helped me pop out all the truck interior panels without fear. Then, I think it was the smart Jennifer letting me know the 5mm hex would allow me to crank the lid down. Now I can shop for motors. Love that car and all your tips.

Hey guys, I have an 04 convertable and when I put the top down, the deck lid or cover or whatever it's called, wont lock down in place. i have to get out.... push om the corners RIGHT behind the doors so the cover lid will lock and the warning indicator light will go off... Can anyone PLEASE give me the easy low cost good news on this situation and any other info regarding this. Thanks in advance...
