Damit!! I am still waiting on the Eibach Pro Kit Springs to get here.
I was hoping to lower my car durring this Thanksgiving weekend.
I did order this Adjustable Camber Arms and Adjustable Toe Bolt kit from DNA Motoring.
I know it isnt your higher quality SPC Cambers but Roadsters are not allowed on the track.
Hopefully there are no problems durring installation.

Default Eibach Pro Kit Install and Spring Mount Mod

Yesterday it took me 6 hours to install the Eibach Pro Kit and do the spring mount modification. I followed the steps in the link below for cutting instructions.

https://my350z.com/forum/brakes-and-...mount-mod.html

It was very important to use the tape and lubricant. The rubber would always stick to the saw without the WD40. Tape was needed to make sure I didnt cut more than I wanted to. Since I am right handed, the saw kept moving to the right.

I thought the spring mount was on the bottom.

I took 10mm off the cone.

This rotationg sander helped flatten the cone.

Default Pictures after Eibach Pro Kit install and Spring Mount Mod

I use to be able to see alot of tire from under the front view of the car. I still would like to add a lip or replace the front bumper to something like a Nismo V2 or Amuse. I no longer have the 3 finger gap in the rear fender. It is a 1 finger gap all arround now.

BTW... I have not installed the Camber Arms and Toe Bolts yet. I was too tired and the shop didn't have the proper tool to drill into the frame of the car. I notice the extreme negative camber which is caused by lowering the rear 1.4 inches. I hope to fix this soon because I dont want to mess up my rear tires.

I would like oppinions for a front kit.

Not sure if you can see the rear camber.

Finally it is DROPPED!!

rides looking nice now lowered
quick question.

1. abt how far off the ground would you say you are from the ground in the front and front and end of the side skirts? not really expecting you to go out and measure lol just your guess
2. how much were those springs suppose to drop you?

Default After Fender Roll

Yesterday Ray rolled my rear fenders. I got his number from a guy in the Las Vegas 350 Z and G forum. His did a great job.
His has rolled over 1000 cars in the Las Vegas area. He has rolled fenders for over 7 years.

I still need to get my rear camber installed and adjusted. I was thinking of putting a 5mm spacer in the front and 15mm in the rear.

BTW... I recomend replacing the struts and shocks while replacing the springs. My front struts leaks after I lowered the car.
Now I have to go threw the process again. I know this time arround it shouldnt take as long.

Default Installation of Rear Adjustable Camber Arms

This didnt take that long at all. It was just the 2 big bolts on each side.
I had to remove a plastic covering and a couple of little bolts to pull the long camber arm bolt closest to the rotors.

I decided not to install the adjustable toe bolt. I am hoping I can get a good allignment without it.
This is the part where I would have had to elongate the bolt hole.

Just to show the stock camber. I will try to sell these later.

I got rid of the extreme negative camber.
I am in bad need of a allignment.
Durring my drive home I could feel the rear wheels fighting eachother.
I will have to wait until next Saturday to do more work.

Yes, eventually... I am squeezing what little extra cash I have here and there. I was thinking JWT Pop charger, Motordyne plenum spacer, DC Headers, HKS Hi Flow Exhaust.... I am thinking keeping it normally aspirated. Thanks for the comment Ben.

Cams would be great.. I already spoke to my cousin who own a shop about it. He said the toughest part about cams, superchargers or turbo kits is getting it tuned and passing they yearly smog test.

Default I just got my alignment.

Here are the numbers.

Front Camber -1.6L -1.6R Toe 1/32"L 1/32"R Caster 8.8L 9.2R

Rear Camber -2.2L -2.0R Toe 1/16"L 1/16"R

The only thing that was out of range was the right caster. Max is 8.9.
While I was dring home, I Did NOT notice any pull to the left.
I will keep an eye on this bc according to the defination below, it might pull left.

Before today it was a PITA driving in the rain.

BTW... I didnt have to use the -3/+3 Toe Bolt that came with the cambers.

Caster is the tilting of the uppermost point of the steering axis either forward or backward (when viewed from the side of the vehicle). A backward tilt is positive (+) and a forward tilt is negative (-). Caster influences directional control of the steering but does not affect the tire wear and is not adjustable on this vehicle. Caster is affected by the vehicle height, therefore it is important to keep the body at its designed height. Overloading the vehicle or a weak or sagging rear spring will affect caster. When the rear of the vehicle is lower than its designated trim height, the front suspension moves to a more positive caster. If the rear of the vehicle is higher than its designated trim height, the front suspension moves to a less positive caster. With too little positive caster, steering may be touchy at high speed and wheel returnability may be diminished when coming out of a turn. If one wheel has more positive caster than the other, that wheel will pull toward the center of the vehicle. This condition will cause the vehicle to pull or lead to the side with the least amount of positive caster.

Spent the weekend knocking out my old studs to install the 60mm extended studs. I added a 20mm spacer in the rear and a 5mm spacer in the front. The roadster sit flush on top of the wheels. I think it looks amazing. I will get some pictures up.

Default After Wheel Spacers 5mm Front and 20mm Rear

You can see how much more the rear wheels sticks out compared to previous pictures.
I need to chill out for awhile on the Roadster. My lady is getting pissed that I have spent so much time and money on it.

Thanks Redline... I was wondering if you can help me out. How much lower is your body kit from stock? 1 inch? 2 inch? Right now I am 4.5 inches from the ground (side skirts). I am worried about speed bumps.
