Hello all, new proud owner of a 03 350z 6spd touring in the amazing color orange! I love it! I got real cheap 3500, with 151k, excellent deal so I had to jump on it.
Got a great deal it came with FULL exhaust headers also, looks like 06 18" wheels and I think it has light flywheel and clutch (has a sticker under hood).
It's a perfect addition to my other car 07 TL types. I've added a k&n cold air kit and a lightweight crank pulley. So far so good. My only problem right now is its way down on power and I think I know where it is (knock sensor) I replaced it and found out it's actually the harness that goes bad. I replaced that also but still have the code and low power. Confirmed this last night at the track with my whopping 15.1 @ 95. I know it's has way more in it, my fat Acura got a 14.1 @ 103 with bolt ones and a 5at. At this point I'm clueless what it could be other than a defective knock sensor, so any ideas would definitely be appreciated. I just got in today the motordyne 5/16 spacer but guess it's pointless at this point until I get this figured out. Car runs great other than the lack of power and I love it!
