Default Tire cupping on the roadster

Any updates out there on the tire cupping/wear issue on the Z.
I'm holding off on a 2004 Roadster until I'm convinced that this problem is under control. When I talk to Nissan dealers they like to play the dumb act. I can't seem to get a firm answer about the problem. Any news ?

Supposedly there will be some kind of fix and "buyer retention" program coming down in a week???
I hope I still have my '03 by then.

Thanks for the info. I'm actually also going to get a black with burnt orange interior. How do you like the Roadster overall ?

I have the coupe but I like what Nissan did, design wise, with the roadster. Unlike the 300Zx convertible, the new roadster is a much bettter design. IMHO
Black and burnt orange is a great combo but black is a ***** to keep clean. However, when it is shined up it is beauuuuuutiful!!!!
