Clearance issue between trunk lid & tannoue cover
Has anyone experienced this?
Just noticed it this past weekend. Y'all might want to check your roadster as well. I'll be taking the Roadster in sometime this week for its first oil change and will have them look at this as well as a few other issues I have.

Mine was getting like yours. I was lucky and noticed it early. In the thread about the holes in the top they also talk about this issue as well. It will rub when the tonneau cover is uneven. Turns out there is an extra shim. I took mine in with a copy of the post about the extra shim and my dealer fixed it. They weren't aware of the problem so I was glad I read this forum. My dealer contracts with an outside company that fixes scrapes like that. The dealer's contractor sprayed it and you can't even tell that it was ever there. I didn't care how they fixed the rubbed spot as long as I couldn't tell that it was ever there.
Just got my car back from the dealer. They are going to send the car over to a body shop on Monday for alignment and painting. Have to drop off my Roadster and drive around in a rental for about a week.
I just found another place where the paint has been scraped off. I'm taking it in Monday for another adjustment and for the dealer's paint chip repair service to fix the scrape. This scrape is in a different place than the first one. I wonder if there is a TSB for this. It seems to be happening to a lot of roadsters. I thought mine was fixed. I guess not so the adventure continues lol.
