Default Are Nismo R and S tune Parts worth it?

I plan on ordering a 2005 roadster touring and i want to add:

NISMO:

1 R-tune Intake
2 R-tune Headers
3 S-tune stabilizer bars and S tune Suspension set

and just wanted to know if these parts are woth it?

I might end up driving the ZR as a daily driver, not sure yet.

I also want to add a set of Rays Track rims and front and rear Brembos too!

Intake isn't worth it. Infact, no aftermarket intake is any better than stock on this car. Spend the money on some thermal wrapping for the stock intake. Headers, themselves won't do much without cat-back; maybe 7-8hp, and about $1600 including labor for install. Cams, headers, and catback will give you about 25hp. S-tune suspension is not calibrated for the extra weight of the roadster in the rear. Stock suspension and S-tune stabilizer bars will work very well. Incidentally, due to the extra weight in the rear, roadster weight distribution is 50:50....perfect!!! Brembos provide resistance to fade with repeated stops, but provide no greater stopping distance for single stops...even hard stops from high speed. If you really want aftermarket brakes, go Stoptech. If you are spending the money on the track wheels, get the NISMO wheels instead. Identical wieght and you will be able to fit wider tires.
